Agenda:
Preliminary Agenda will be available about one month prior to the meeting dates.  

Hotels:
There are many hotels in Cologne within walking distance to EASA Headquarters.  
There is no special group hotel rate or group hotel for this meeting.

Online Meeting Registration for In-Person Attendees:
Online Meeting Registration is for In-Person attendees only.  Be sure to register on the FAA Fire Safety website by 
March 31, 2025, if you plan to attend in person.  FAA Fire Safety Branch must submit a list of registered in-person 
attendees to EASA by this date for security clearance.

Virtual Meeting Access:
Main/Plenary Materials and Systems Forum Meeting:  A Webex link will be available on the FAA Fire Safety website 
closer to the meeting dates.

In-Person Task Group Attendance/Registration:
In-person Task Group attendees will be required to register online for the Task Group meetings.  In-person Task Group 
meeting registration will be available approximately one month prior to the meeting dates.
